6. If you want a refund, we will send a courier to pay you the value of the returned products. The refund period to you is no later than 14 days from the date we receive the products.
7. In case the claim is due to ascertained defects, undescribed defects of the products, non-compliance with the announced sizes or non-compliance with the announced trademark, the courier costs are at our expense.
8. In all other cases, we deduct from the amount due to you, the cost of 1 courier service (to pick up the products from you) at a value equal to the price of delivery to your location.

In case the received items turn out not to meet your expectations, the customer has the right to return or replace the purchased goods within 14 working days, provided that the goods are unused, returned with all labels and original packaging.
The goods must be secured during transport and sent to the same address by the bill of lading. Goods received more than 14 working days ago are not accepted for return.

Complaints relating to damage caused during transport will be considered only on the basis of a complaint protocol prepared by Econt in the presence of the customer.
Shipments sent with courier companies other than Econt Express are not accepted.
